Grand Beach Hotel Surfside

Staying at the beach hotel was fantastic for our family! The ocean view from our King Oceanfront Suite was amazing. We had a blast swimming and enjoyed a lovely yacht tour arranged by the concierge, the highlight of our trip!

In my kids' opinion, the hotel didn't have enough family-friendly activities.

Luxurious hotel with a modern design. Huge rooms with a great view and the balcony, for example, and good service. Phenomenal location in the beautiful garden and helpful staff. Based close enough to the beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside.

Stunning rooms come with all the amenities, an outdoor jacuzzi and sunset view. The service is good, includes overnight parking.

It was updated, huge and with 2 bathrooms...

I found everything amazing, can't recommend highly enough it to families.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Absolutely fantastic place to stay 1 km away from Bal Harbour. Well-designed and modern units and exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk. Spacious bedroom and amazing bathroom.

I had an incredible experience with a gorgeous large room, delicious and easy beachside service, and beautiful sunset views from my suite. I'd definitely come back!

The grand beach hotel was a lovely surprise. My sunset view king suite was spacious and upscale. Beach chairs were easy to spot with their pink color, and it's just a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The wellness center spa is a must for some relaxation!

The only hiccup was that the bath fan in our bathroom needed a boost, but it didn't ruin our time. Definitely make use of the beach umbrellas to stay cool in the sun 🌴

Awesome family retreat

The pool staff was super friendly and always brought drinks right to our loungers. The beach was fun too, even if it got crowded. But the rooftop pool water was kinda nasty, a letdown.

The area has a lovely beach just a few steps away and so many restaurants and shops just half a block away.

The Grand Beach Hotel is aesthetically pleasing and modern, with spacious rooms and great amenities. My King Oceanfront Suite offered amazing views, a separate seating area, and two bathrooms. The attentive staff provided excellent service, particularly with assistive amenities by the beach, including chairs and umbrellas. The on-site dining features a awesome breakfast buffet, with freshly prepared options tailored to individual preferences.

Great location with nice spa.

We booked a King Oceanfront Suite and loved the beach vibes. We took a yacht tour and went snorkeling, both were fantastic. The staff at the cafe were super friendly.

We faced issues with housekeeping not responding promptly when we needed extra towels. It took a few calls and a late-night trip to the front desk to resolve this, a bit frustrating.
